Virtual Classes

How It Works: You MUST have ZOOM and Mindbody to participate (Both of these Apps are FREE)

  

Sign up for class through Mindbody just like any other class and you will watch the class on Zoom!

 

You will receive an email no later than ONE hour prior to class with the link to join the class.

 

If you can't make the class, no problem! A recording will be available up to two days after class for you to do on your own time! You will sign up for this the same way.

  

This is new for everyone so bare with any glitches (or children)
